Embracing the messy beauty of the human experience from life to death, I integrate somatic wisdom, ancestral ritual, and social context through a crip-centric, identity-affirming lens. As a Systemic Disruptor and Death Guide, I support those ready to be challenged, to grieve, and to burn down the status quo in favor of radical body reconnection and authentic embodied living. Building on years of diverse professional experience, I facilitate deep transformation for those seeking to be truly seen within the messy, shadowy thresholds of change.

I’m a queer, multipli-disabled, neurodivergent therapist, Death Guide, and Shamanic practitioner. I identify as a Feral Threshold Tender, Crip-Centric Healer, and Systemic Disruptor. My passion lies in the embracing of the entire human experience! From life, to death, and everything in-between. I integrate body, mind, soul, social context and ancestral realities to support in authentic integration. I bring realism, non-judgement, compassion, acceptance, passion and joy to my work to explore the messy, imperfect, gritty aspects of being human.
My specialties include trauma-informed, identity-affirming care, grief & loss, neuro-affirming care, and chronic illness/pain from a crip-centric, disability justice lens and accessible, somatic integration. I offer a variety of therapy and professional development services at Rooted Soma Therapy Collective, centering accessible and sustainable spaces for both clients and providers. I also offer death doula services, grief integration and shamanic support at Of Bone and Bloom, where I center expansive self-knowing and embodied reconnection.
